Lance Fudickar, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at MetFit-Rx, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has more than 25 years of combined clinical, operational, and administrative experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, family practice, and healthcare leadership.
A native of Ferriday, Louisiana, Lance began his medical training at Northeast Louisiana University before earning his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 1998.
Lance has built a distinguished and expansive career. He first served as a managing partner for Community Medical Practices, operating four clinics in underserved areas of East Central Louisiana. In 2000, he joined Convenient Care, L.L.C., and later became a Founding Partner of Premier Health Consultants, where he played a pivotal role in developing and expanding one of the region’s leading urgent care networks.
He currently serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians for Premier Health, where he oversees the recruitment, development, training, and management of more than 75 advanced practice clinicians across over 30 urgent care centers.
Lance maintains national board certification through the NCCPA and is additionally certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is a Fellow of the College of Urgent Care Medicine (FCUCM), a member of The Obesity Society (TOS), and an active member of both the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants (LAPA) and the Urgent Care Association (UCA).
